CPP ASCE First-Year Representative Applications

HELLO FIRST-YEAR AND FIRST-YEAR TRANSFER STUDENTS!

The CPP ASCE Student Chapter is looking for the next cohort of First-Year Representatives for the 2025-2026 school year! Becoming an officer is a great way to grow personally and professionally, expand your knowledge of ASCE, and create relationships that will last a lifetime. Below are the details for the application process:
Application, Questionnaire, and Resume
Completed applications with questionnaires and resumes are due in PDF format and are to be submitted via email to the CPP ASCE President, Alejandro Torres, at president@cppasce.org by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 26, 2025. Please title your application and email subject line “ASCE Officer Application - FirstName LastName”.
Membership Requirement
You must be an ASCE member to be eligible for any position on the Officer Board. If you are not currently a registered member and still want to apply, please contact our Membership Chair, Eleen Gregoryona, at membership@cppasce.org. All dues and forms must be submitted before the application deadline.

Interviews
Following the due date, all applications will be screened and candidates who are chosen to be interviewed will be notified. Interviews will take place in-person on Friday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 5th, 2025.
Please make sure to submit the application, questionnaire, resume, and unofficial transcripts by the listed dates above. All important dates can be found in the attached application. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted and will disqualify candidates from running.
